CANCELLATION POLICY

Prepare for Your Appointment:     •    Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face.     •    Use the restroom prior to your appointment.     •    Kindly send a courtesy text with your estimated arrival time.     •    If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, please wear a face covering and reschedule if you feel unwell. ⸻ General Policies: (Please read carefully)     •    Phone use is permitted only if it does not interfere with the service.     •    No additional guests are allowed in the appointment room.     •    A $20 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at your appointment, payable by cash, Zelle, or Apple Pay (tap to pay).     •    Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid cancellation fee.     •    Changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be treated as a same-day cancellation or no-show and will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.     •    Appointments are automatically canceled if you have not arrived and there are no signs communication 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment.
